Room of the Week: Old Garage is a study Cool and Living Space - Before professional musician Tim Mosher married interior designer Lindsay Pennington, a former hunting lodge in Los Angeles was quite sound own style. As the pair combined their business and she put her own touches on the house, she wanted to make sure he still had a space to call his own. With a semi-circular driveway in front of the house, the garage at the rear was used to store things that they seldom used, such as old bicycles and mattresses. They even uncovered a Mac 1990.

By transforming the building into office Mosher, allowed the couple almost all of their budgets for the construction, which included sealing the garage door of cut in windows and doors, framing, adding drywall, installing new flooring and adding a small bridge. Then Pennington held to fill the space with favorite things Mosher and repurposed furniture and accessories. Now the newly made-over space serves as a music room, office, living room and after-party guest house.
